4.1 Billing
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.
A customer can purchase any training(s) program offered by IVY through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / RazorPay.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by IVY through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.
4.2 Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best training programs, but if you don’t get the desired results even after following every step of our learning style, you can claim your money back!

Using our Services
5.1 Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring IVY training, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some IVY training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and IVY shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
IVY reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
5.2 Content and Courseware
As a part of our Services offered through our Website, We shall grant you access to our content, courseware, practice tests, and other information, documents, and data which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format in relation to the specific certification training course you have registered for (“Content and Courseware”).
We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to you. In the event such an amendment, revision or updating occurs, we may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.
5.3 Live Training Session
The training(s) is delivered in Live Session Mode.
Update on Live Sessions is provided via Email and in WhatsApp Support Group, whereas, self-paced learning material and recordings can be accessed from the portal.
Schedule of Live Sessions and the Trainer delivering the session is subject to change, under various circumstances, without prior information.
In case of session cancellation or postpone in schedule, information will be provided prior to the immediate session via Email or in dedicated WhatsApp Group or both.
Customer Support
For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

On completion of any training with IVY, a certification of completion will be provided by us to the trainee, but in order to achieve Certification from the dedicated Institution like Oracle, Microsoft, DevOps Institute etc., an individual will be required to clear the certification exam.
Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation
Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Any failure by IVY or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive IVY’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.
As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IVY harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
Any activity in which you engage on or through the IVY Service; and
Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
